The Professional Management Practices programme consists of four primary modules, each designed to address a specific area of Change activity.
This is the third module in the programme. It deals with the organisational impact and human aspects of Change. It shows also how, in order to successfully measure change success, you must first determine a basis against which measurement will be made.
